Lovable
Build full-stack apps by chatting. The fastest path from idea to live URL.
Lovable guides: prompt patterns, Lovable Cloud setup, Supabase auth, deploying to a custom domain, and shipping monetized apps.
Lovable is the shortest path we know from an idea in your head to a working app on a real URL. You describe what you want, it builds it, you refine by chatting. No editor, no local setup, no deploy step.
This hub covers what actually ships: prompt patterns that produce clean apps instead of demos, Lovable Cloud for auth and a database without leaving the chat, custom domain setup, and the mistakes that slow first-time builders down.
If you also code, read the Cursor vs Lovable comparison — they solve different problems and pair well.

Frequently asked about Lovable
›Do I need to know how to code to use Lovable?
No. Most people we help start with zero code. Knowing a little helps when you want to debug or read the diff, but the whole point of Lovable is that you don't have to.
›Is Lovable a real app or a prototype?
The output is a real app — a React frontend, a real backend when you enable Lovable Cloud, a real database, and a real deploy. Prototypes are for stakeholders; Lovable ships.
›How do I add auth, a database, or payments?
Enable Lovable Cloud from the chat for auth and a Postgres database. For payments, connect Stripe or Paddle from the connectors panel. Ask in chat — Lovable wires most of it for you.
›Can I connect a custom domain?
Yes. Every published app can be pointed at a domain you own. See our Lovable custom-domain guide for DNS records and the common gotchas.
